Please note that while Cardinal Store Locator was programmed to avoid styling conflicts it is still possible that CSS from your theme or plugins can conflict and create layout problems, so if something isn’t displaying as expected you should first try switching themes to see if there’s a conflict. Responses to support requests will be limited only to customers with active licenses. Also, please review the FAQs page prior to submitting a new request.
When submitting the form below please copy and paste the System Information from Settings > Cardinal Locator > Support tab if you’re experiencing a technical problem. If possible, a screencast using a service such as Loom can be very helpful for diagnosing issues.
