This website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the Cardinal Store Locator plugin and other products sold through this website (https://www.cardinalwp.com) by Bjorn Holine (the “products/software”) in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (the “license) issued herein.
Plugin Licensing
Cardinal Store Locator is licensed under the GNU general public license (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html).
Automatic Upgrades
Automatic Upgrades are available to customers who have purchased a support license in accordance with the license they have purchased. A Single Site license provides automatic upgrades for a single site and an Unlimited license provides automatic upgrades for unlimited sites owned by you or your clients. You may not share or resell access to your support license key.
Upgrades are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year a new license will need to be purchased in order to continue receiving support and product upgrades.
Delivery
After your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an email with the download link and support license key. This may take up to 1 hour to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please submit a request on the contact page.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of the products sold on this site. All products are property of Bjorn Holine. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Bjorn Holine will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use these products.
Site Content
All site content with the exception of map screenshots, including imagery and documentation that is published on cardinalwp.com is the property of Bjorn Holine. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advanced. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Bjorn Holine.
Refunds
Refunds will be available within the first 30 days of your purchase. Refund requests must include the license key, the date of purchase and the original purchaser’s email address.
REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GRANTED FOR THE ORIGINAL LICENSE PURCHASE and DO NOT APPLY to product upgrades or annual renewals. No partial refunds will be granted for license downgrades, early termination, etc. Refund requests may take up to 15 days to process. Refunds are not guaranteed. All refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of Bjorn Holine.
Absolutely no refunds will be given after 30 days from the original purchase. Please note that by purchasing the plugin, you agreed to the terms & conditions of use including the the Refund Policy.
Support
Bjorn Holine offers WordPress plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like or will be compatible with all 3rd party components and plugins. Bjorn Holine does not offer support for WordPress or other WordPress plugins he has not developed. Bjorn Holine does not offer support via phone, VoIP, personal email or social media channels.
Support is accessible via active license key. Support and automatic product updates are provided for a term of 1 year from the time of purchase. After 1 year a new license will need to be renewed in order to continue receiving support and product updates.
License holders cannot distribute, freely give away, or resell their license key. The license key is not transferable. The license is intended to be used on the license holders web site(s). Client site usage is permitted.
License holders are not permitted to re-post content generated from support interactions or documentation on any external websites, social media outlets, etc. Posting screen captures of this content is also prohibited. Violation will be grounds for immediate termination of the support license and all access to support content and product updates will be discontinued.
Transactional Emails
Bjorn Holine may on occasion send you email notifications related to your Cardinal Store Locator license. These transactional emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase of Cardinal Store Locator. By purchasing Cardinal Store Locator you agree to receive these transactional emails.
Account Suspension
Bjorn Holine reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a support license with or without notice. If an account is suspended no refund will be granted.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bjorn Holine for any third-party claims, actions or suits, as well as any related expenses, liabilities, damages, settlements or fees arising from your use or misuse of the Software, or a violation of any terms of this license.
Warranty
The Software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, Bjorn Holine does not warrant that the Software or any related service will always be available.
Limitations of Liability
You assume all risk associated with the installation and use of the Software. in no event shall the authors or copyright holders of the Software be liable for claims, damages or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the Software. License holders are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of use and assume all risks associated with its use, including but not limited to the risks of program errors, damage to equipment, loss of data or Software programs, or unavailability or interruption of operations.
Pricing
Bjorn Holine reserves the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. Bjorn Holine reserves the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website.
Privacy
Bjorn Holine will absolutely never sell or share your personal details with 3rd parties. All data collected will be used for internal purposes only.
Agreement
The preceding terms & conditions govern the sale of Cardinal Store Locator between you the buyer and Bjorn Holine. By placing an order you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree with the terms & conditions. Please notify Bjorn Holine prior to placing an order if you disagree with any of our terms & conditions. Bjorn Holine reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at anytime for any reason.
